		what if i want a custom fit? we offer "custom fit" perfection for an additional $300 which means we'll adjust each last (the form used by the bootmaker) to accommodate your exact left/right foot measurements. otherwise, we adjust ball and arch/instep according to the larger foot measurements only.
		how long does it take to make a pair of boots? timeframe for delivery will vary from one style to the other but an estimated delivery timeframe is 6-12 weeks. The delivery date on your order is ESTIMATED and may fluctuate by 3 to 4 weeks. We will keep you informed of your order status, and once your order is ready to ship, a delaCav representative will contact you to confirm delivery address and/or details.

		how do delaCav boots compare in price to other boot brands? delaCav boots are made by Texas' best bootmakers from the finest skins and leathers available and our prices reflect this quality of craftsmanship and materials.
		tell me about your payment plan option! we are pleased to offer a payment plan as follows: 50% down upon order (must use a credit card to take advantage of this offer) and we will charge remaining balance to card on file prior to shipping, approximately 6-12 weeks later. Additionally a 5% service fee will be be assessed to your total order, minus taxes & S/H.
		is what I see going to be what I get? yes, what you see is pretty darn close to what you're going to get, however keep in mind when viewing swatches and photos on our site, that colors will vary from one computer monitor to another. Also delaCav sells exotic skin & fine leather products which are tanned in individual lots so color & saturation will vary and natural characteristics will be evident. This is the result of using natural materials in the manufacturing process and is not to be considered a defect.
		will my boots "match"? what is "matching" anyway? (nope, this is not a trick question!) yes, your boots will match in style, color and size of course, however keep in mind that no two exotic skins are alike. We do not “match” skins from one boot to the other although we do pay special attention to symmetry. That said, "matching" skins is an available option, however "matching” skins requires time and therefore an additional fee will apply. The purpose of "matching" is aimed at ensuring when you look down at your boots, for example, that one alligator tail boot is very nearly perfectly symmetrical to the other. It's an individual preference. Some folks love each boot to be unique. Others want to see symmetry.
